Hamidreza Masoudi, today (Tuesday, November 1st), at his introduction ceremony as the head of Pars Oil and Gas Company, emphasized the necessity of focusing on the strategic missions of this company. He expressed gratitude for the trust of the caretaker of the Ministry of Oil and the members of the board of directors of the National Iranian Oil Company, stating that safeguarding production capacity and continuing extraction from the South Pars gas field is the first and most important priority of the company.
Maintaining Gas Production Capacity from the South Pars Field
Masoudi stated that maintaining the achievements of gas production from the South Pars field is of significant importance, adding: This goal depends on effective support for operational units and providing a suitable environment for the continuity of production activities. He also referred to the pivotal role of the Operations and Support Department and the efforts of the employees in the South Pars operational region, emphasizing that a calm and stable environment must be created to advance the missions.

Accelerating the Reconstruction of Refineries
The head of Pars Oil and Gas Company emphasized the acceleration of the reconstruction operations of damaged refineries, stating: Currently, the reconstruction of three refinery complexes is underway. He also mentioned that the refinery of Phase 14 of South Pars is progressing better due to the earlier start of operations, and reconstruction activities in the refineries of phases 9 and 10, as well as phases 4 and 5, are also being pursued with good progress.
Masoudi pointed out the necessity of simultaneously adhering to speed, quality, and executive regulations in the reconstruction of refineries and announced that the pressure enhancement plan for the South Pars gas field is another strategic priority ahead. He stressed the need to expedite processes and bring this plan into execution as soon as possible.
He considered a safe passage through the upcoming winter to require a focus on priority projects and emphasized the necessity of aligning the company's operational programs with the country's needs at this juncture.
In another part of his speech, Masoudi, while appreciating the services and efforts of Touraj Dehghani, the former CEO of this company, described the specialized and experienced human capital as one of the most important supports of this organization. He referred to his activity history in Pars Oil and Gas Company since 2011, considering the specialized capabilities and commitment of the employees and experts of this organization as a valuable asset for the oil industry.
The new head of Pars Oil and Gas Company stated that this company has had capable and specialized forces throughout its years of activity, who, with commitment and continuous effort, have brought large and complex projects to fruition. He emphasized the necessity of enhancing synergy and utilizing existing expert and managerial capacities, adding: This valuable human capital can play an important role in advancing the oil industry's programs and fulfilling the commitments of the Ministry of Oil to the government and the people.
