Dr. Mohammad Jafar Ghaempanah, the Vice President of the President, during his recent visit to the Center for Transformation and Progress Cooperation, emphasized the importance of improving the country's executive management. He pointed out the existing challenges in executive management and asked the center to assist the government in this regard by utilizing specialized capacities and successful global experiences.

Shortcomings of Executive Management

Ghaempanah identified the shortcomings of executive management as one of the main issues facing the country and emphasized the necessity of effective law enforcement. He stated that decisions must be converted into operational programs, adding that this requires precise definition of responsibilities and strengthening the capabilities of managers in managing financial, human, physical, and data resources.

The Necessity of Energy Conservation

The Vice President of the President also referred to the issue of energy imbalance and requested the Center for Transformation and Progress Cooperation to provide solutions for reducing this imbalance and conserving energy consumption. According to him, these actions can play an important role in improving the country's situation.

In this meeting, the president and deputies of the Center for Transformation and Progress Cooperation also presented a report on the center's performance and its latest programs and priorities. Ghaempanah called for greater attention to these priorities and efforts to improve the performance of the agencies. He also emphasized the importance of cooperation and brainstorming in this area, stating that the government must utilize all capacities to advance its goals.

Ultimately, the Vice President of the President stated that to achieve developmental goals, all agencies must move in the same direction and leverage successful global experiences. Only in this way can sustainable development and improvement of executive management be achieved.
