Mohammad Mokhber emphasized the capacity of human resources and technology in Iran at the "Iran Platform" meeting focused on knowledge-based companies in the food security sector. Mokhber stated that issues cannot be solved solely with resources and facilities, and what can bring these capacities to fruition is the presence of capable individuals and organizations that recognize the problem and provide solutions.
Utilizing Domestic Capacities
He stressed the importance of leveraging the capacities of young companies and platforms to address the real issues of the country, saying: "A significant part of the existing imbalances in the areas of water, electricity, energy, and income can be addressed through technology, efficiency, and serious involvement of the private sector." Mokhber added: "Today, domestic platforms and knowledge-based companies should not only be seen as service providers; these organizations can take on part of the burden of solving problems and even governance in the country."

Productivity Challenges and Technological Solutions
Mokhber referred to the existing challenges in productivity in the production and energy sectors and said: "We face productivity issues in water, electricity, gas, gasoline, and many production sectors, and this is where technology and knowledge-based companies must step in." He cited vehicles as an example and stated: "When a vehicle consumes 15 to 16 liters of fuel for 100 kilometers, the solution is not necessarily to replace all vehicles; we can reform consumption with technological solutions, and these types of issues present opportunities for activity and value creation for knowledge-based companies."
Mokhber also pointed out that not all issues can be solved solely by the government. He stated: "When everything becomes governmental, we face problems in management, resources, and productivity; whereas the entry of the private sector can solve several issues simultaneously and assist the government."
He emphasized that capable organizations in the country must connect with each other and a specific mechanism should be established to solve their problems, as part of the existing obstacles stem from weaknesses in the support and interaction of governmental bodies. Mokhber highlighted the role of the people in helping the country overcome difficult conditions, considering the presence and support of the people as significant factors in preserving Iran, and stressed the necessity of strengthening hope and self-confidence in society.
He concluded by stating: "Today, the enemy has failed in all arenas, and this is thanks to the coordination of the people, the government, and the armed forces of the country."
