The Stacker Reclaimer Storage and Retrieval Unit of Khorasan Steel's pelletizing unit was inaugurated this morning in the presence of Seyed Mohammad Atabak, Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade; Gholamhossein Mozaffari, Governor of Khorasan Razavi; and Reza Alizadeh, Chairman of the Industries Commission of the Parliament. This ceremony was held on the occasion of the twenty-fifth anniversary of the establishment of Khorasan Steel Complex in Nishapur County.
Details of the New Unit Inauguration
During this ceremony, Seyed Mohammad Atabak, while visiting the production line of Khorasan Steel, emphasized the importance of addressing energy imbalances and stated that, according to the President's directive, power cuts to industries must be stopped. He thanked all those involved in the creation and commissioning of this unit and expressed hope that this production line, like the first rolling line, would bring blessings and benefits to Khorasan Steel.

Challenges and Obstacles in Foreign Trade
During the Minister's visit to Khorasan Razavi, Seyed Mohammad Atabak, on the sidelines of a meeting with economic activists in the province, referred to issues related to borders and currency restrictions, announcing that some of these obstacles are being resolved. According to him, the capacity of the country's borders is increasing, and the Serkhs and Dogharoun borders are also witnessing an increase in capacity, which can help improve foreign trade and facilitate imports and exports.
Facilities and Support for Economic Enterprises
The Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade also announced the Central Bank's facilities for small and medium-sized enterprises, stating that in the recent resolution of the Central Bank, 700 trillion tomans have been allocated for these enterprises. He clarified that part of these resources will be allocated to small and medium-sized enterprises and another part to large enterprises. It has also been decided that resources allocated to large enterprises will be reused to finance small and medium-sized enterprises.
Atabak emphasized the need to expedite the submission of the list of enterprises eligible for these facilities to the Industry and Mine Bank, noting that it is expected that the process of disbursing resources will be pursued more quickly so that eligible units can benefit from these facilities.
Support for Production and Tariff Issues
The Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade referred to the performance of the Industry and Mine Bank in supporting the production sector, stating that this bank has taken appropriate actions in the field of industrial parks and support for units that have been affected in recent incidents. He also referred to providing working capital and granting necessary facilities to production units, expressing hope that this support will continue.
In conclusion, Atabak also referred to the issue of tariffs on electric vehicle imports, emphasizing that the increase in tariffs is not accurate and, according to the law, the tariff for these vehicles should remain at four percent. Therefore, the current basis for the import of electric vehicles is the same four percent tariff that is currently applied.
