Increase in Exports and Supply for Refineries
Reza Khailai, the director of oil and gas production supervision at the National Iranian Oil Company, stated that the produced oil not only helps supply domestic refineries but is also exported to target markets in various grades. This increase in exports in 1404 is clearly visible and shows a significant increase compared to previous years.
According to statistics, crude oil production in Dey 1404 has increased by 230,000 barrels per day compared to the early days of the government's operation. This production leap is due to extensive efforts in drilling and utilizing new wells, which have contributed to sustainable oil production growth.
Among the oil fields, various projects in onshore areas and the West Karun region are recognized as the main engine of this sustainable growth. Additionally, developmental projects in the Sepehr and Jofeir fields have also contributed to increasing production and attracting investment under new contracts.
