Intellian and Network Innovations have recently signed a strategic collaboration to develop a new portable terminal platform, designed as the world's first platform to simultaneously support Mil-X, Mil Ka-band, and commercial Ka and Ku-band communications. This platform has been developed using over 20 years of expertise from Network Innovations in supporting military customers and WGS (Wideband Global Satellite) in the toughest missions.
Features of the New Platform
This system is designed for WGS operational use and is engineered to provide secure, resilient, and high-capacity communications for insurgent forces and other critical operations. Deployable systems can be operational in less than 30 minutes and are designed from the ground up for multi-band and multi-orbit operations across LEO (Low Earth Orbit), MEO (Medium Earth Orbit), GEO (Geostationary Earth Orbit), and HEO (High Earth Orbit). This platform is also designed to collaborate with leading and emerging satellite networks as well as NGSO (Non-Geostationary Satellite Orbit) constellations.

The Importance of This Collaboration for the Military and Government Market
Intellian has also planned to introduce commercial non-WGS variants of this platform and expand the technology to a wider range of government, commercial, and critical communications applications.
