Ali Balak, the political and social deputy of the special governorate of Minab County, announced the implementation of a fuel management plan during a meeting dedicated to reviewing the fuel distribution process. According to this plan, fueling of vehicles will be conducted within the established regulations and with the station card, a maximum of three times a week.
Expectations from Citizens and Monitoring Capacities
Balak, referring to the increase in the capacity of free station cards, urged citizens to cooperate in the management and appropriate distribution of this strategic product by adhering to the consumption pattern and avoiding unnecessary fueling. He also mentioned the existence of monitoring capacities, stating that all fuel dispensers in 16 stations in the county are covered by license plate recognition cameras and monitoring systems, and the information obtained from these monitoring efforts is continuously provided to the responsible authorities.

Legal Action Against Offenders
Abbas Bagheri, the deputy prosecutor of the general and revolutionary court of Minab County, also emphasized the necessity of taking decisive action against violations in the fuel sector during this meeting. He announced that any attempt to circumvent monitoring systems, fueling beyond the permitted amount, or unauthorized use of vehicles and motorcycles by individuals under the legal age will be subject to judicial follow-up.
Bagheri added that offending vehicles will face legal actions, including seizure and the formation of a judicial case. In cases of driving by individuals under the legal age, necessary legal actions will also be taken against the vehicle owner.
The deputy prosecutor of the general and revolutionary court of Minab emphasized the capability of license plate recognition cameras, stating that fueling records of vehicles can be accurately reviewed, and individuals who cause queues and infringe on public rights through violations or misuse will be dealt with.
During this meeting, the guidelines for managing motorcycle fueling were also reviewed. According to the decision made, motorcycle fueling using free station cards will only be possible during the time frame of 6 to 8 AM, and motorcycle owners are required to use their personal fuel cards at other times of the day.
At the end of this meeting, the continuation of field and system monitoring and cooperation between law enforcement and judicial authorities to reduce fuel queues and facilitate citizens' access to petroleum products was emphasized.
