Ahmadi, referring to the reports presented to the Energy Commission, said that various solutions for managing the fuel situation have been proposed in these reports. He emphasized that the government's new policies regarding the use of fuel cards, especially personal fuel cards and bank cards, have been considered.

According to Ahmadi, the use of bank cards and personal fuel cards can help monitor transactions and fuel consumption, thereby preventing fuel smuggling. This action is particularly important in light of suspicions regarding fuel smuggling.
Development of bank cards at fuel stations
In response to a question about the timeline for the public implementation of bank cards at fuel stations, Ahmadi said: "Last week, a meeting was held with representatives from the Ministry of Economy and the National Oil Refining and Distribution Company. In this meeting, planning was done for the implementation of the scheme at about 3,000 fuel stations."
He also announced that it has been decided that the use of bank cards at all stations will soon be made public. This action is considered an important step towards improving the fuel distribution system and preventing violations in this area. Ahmadi also referred to the limitations placed on bank cards for the use of fuel quotas and added that policymaking in this regard is ongoing.
Changes in fuel prices and future outlook
The member of the Energy Commission of the Parliament stated regarding the change in the third fuel price that various opinions have been expressed in the Energy Commission, but the government has decided to increase the third price. He emphasized that these changes are under careful review by experts and related policies are being formulated.
Ahmadi pointed out the need for accuracy in communication regarding fuel, stating that unofficial statements can create shock in society. He emphasized that official channels should be used for communication to prevent any ambiguity and suspicion.
