Mohammad Reza Babaei, the Governor of Yazd, at the meeting of the Administrative Transformation Steering Council of the province, emphasized the importance of energy consumption management, stating: "This year's conditions are different from last year, and the damages inflicted on some refineries during the war have made the necessity for greater conservation even more urgent."

This action is aimed at improving the living conditions of vulnerable groups in society.
Babaei emphasized organizational culture as one of the effective factors on the performance quality of executive agencies, stating: "Attention to Yazdi culture and identity in the administrative system should be a priority." He considered the design of a provincial award for organizational culture titled "Exalted Yazd" as an effective step to strengthen and institutionalize this culture and stressed the need to design various dimensions and evaluation indicators for this award.
The Living Conditions of Government Employees
In another part of his speech, the Governor of Yazd referred to the living conditions of government employees, stating: "Economic problems have caused some personnel to distance themselves from government jobs and turn to work in other sectors such as the province's mines." He praised the integrity and modesty of Yazdi employees and referred to the visit of the First Vice President to the province. During this visit, Yazdi employees welcomed the vital demand for water transfer to the province as much more important than an increase in their salaries.
