Ali Khazarian, in an interview with the reporter of the House of Nation, referred to the managerial changes in the Ministry of Oil, stating: What is certain and undeniable is that the Ministry of Oil will not improve with the arrival and departure of ministers; and until the mechanisms of appointments and accountability are reformed, disorder in executive bodies, including the Ministry of Oil, will continue.
Compulsion to Establish an Intelligent Energy Management System
A member of the Constitutional Law's Article 90 Commission pointed out the neglected legal obligations of the seventh program in the Ministry of Oil, stating: Numerous discoveries of smuggled petroleum products in recent months indicate the smuggling of a significant portion of the country's petroleum products, and it should be emphasized that a considerable part of the smuggling is not discovered at all, and one of the reasons for this is the shortcomings of the Ministry of Oil, especially the Oil Products Distribution and Refining Company, regarding the establishment of a comprehensive intelligent energy management system.

Need for Effective Supervision of Production and Output of Refineries
He emphasized: Fuel smuggling cannot only be pursued at the borders; the production and output accounts of refineries must be clear. Mr. Azimi Far should explain what has been done to complete the metering? Promises and meetings do not replace accurate measurement and effective supervision in the Parliament.
The representative of the people of Tehran in the Parliament added: On the other hand, the livelihood of 90 million people is not a testing ground for the managers' trial and error. Before imposing the costs of gasoline decisions on the people, answer about fuel wastage and your performance. Mr. Azimi Far must clarify the process of supplying and importing gasoline in wartime, the method of selecting intermediaries, and controlling prices; any proven delay or violation must be pursued.
A member of the Constitutional Law's Article 90 Commission said: Of course, when we witness nepotistic and friendly politics in this matter and multiple instances in executive bodies, we can no longer expect efficiency. A person like Mr. Azimi Far cannot be efficient because his path of growth and promotion has not fundamentally been based on technical qualifications. Such individuals must first be accountable regarding their promotion path and record.
Khazarian concluded by stating: When we see a manager being promoted several grades in less than six days and receiving a grade D with less than two years of experience in a government agency, and colloquially it seems like promoting a second lieutenant with two years of experience to a major general, it is clear that his ability, along with the obtained privilege, cannot have increased, and the country has fallen into the hands of an inexperienced manager with elevator growth. In this situation, the rights of peripheral employees and those in difficult regions in the Ministry of Oil have also been violated, and they have the right to know the basis of this action.
