Hossein Ali Amiri, the governor of Fars, announced the target of producing three thousand megawatts of electricity in the province during a meeting to review issues and problems in the water and electricity sectors of the cities of Marvdasht, Pasargad, and Arsanjan. This meeting was held with the presence of Abbas Ali Abadi, the Minister of Energy, and focused on the importance of prompt action in construction projects and addressing the electricity imbalance to advance construction plans.
Economic Development and Sustainable Energy Infrastructure
Amiri stated that the economic development of the province depends on sustainable energy infrastructure and emphasized the necessity of creating consensus among officials for optimal resource management. He mentioned the synergy among electricity managers in the province and announced strategic planning to tackle energy challenges. According to him, by the end of this year, one thousand megawatts will be added to the electricity capacity of the province.

Providing Electricity Without Limitations Next Summer
The governor of Fars also referred to plans for producing another three thousand megawatts of electricity, considering the provision of electricity without limitations next summer as the main goal of the executive management. Amiri pointed out the importance of mutual understanding and cooperation between officials and the public to address existing challenges during this meeting.
Abbas Ali Abadi, the Minister of Energy, also explained the sensitive conditions of the country in the face of external pressures and considered maintaining unity and solidarity as the only way to overcome the threats posed by enemies. He emphasized that the enmity of Iran's adversaries is not a recent phenomenon and stressed the necessity of maintaining unity in facing challenges.
Ali Abadi referred to the extensive services of the system in the energy sector, mentioning that the country's electricity capacity has increased from seven thousand megawatts at the beginning of the revolution to 103 thousand megawatts, and announced that this figure will exceed 111 thousand megawatts by the end of the year. He also called for appropriate communication of the services provided to the people so that they are informed about the progress and services that have been rendered to them.
