The international ShipCon conference, hosted by YoungShip Denmark in Copenhagen, examined the challenges of attracting and developing a new generation of maritime professionals. YoungShip, as a professional network for individuals under 35, with over 5,000 members in more than 30 countries, is working to familiarize these young people with the opportunities available in this industry.
