Masoud Pezeshkian, at the brainstorming session "Capacity Building and Synergy of National Capacities to Neutralize the Enemy's Strategy in the Hybrid War Against the Country," elaborated on the government's performance and actions in the current circumstances, emphasizing the requirements for maintaining internal unity and cohesion.

Government Actions in Wartime Conditions

Pezeshkian, recalling the country's conditions during wartime, discussed the enemy's plans to harm the country and the government's actions to continue serving the people, stating: What is crucial in the current sensitive situation is the continuity of executive activities and preventing the halt of the country's development process.

The President, referring to the continued implementation of major national projects amid enemy attacks, said: In the most sensitive conditions, the execution of large projects in the country did not stop. A 5% reduction in electricity consumption, continuous increase in electricity production through daily follow-ups, and halting the rising trend of gasoline consumption, all without disrupting people's lives, are among the actions that have been carried out under the current circumstances with continuous planning and management by the government.

Managing Economic Pressures and Sanctions

Pezeshkian referred to the government's efforts to manage the effects of economic pressures and sanctions, adding: The country's active diplomacy, pursuing corridor projects, and keeping communication routes open for the continuity of imports and exports, securing and compensating for drug shortages, and planning to prevent the halt of industrial activities despite existing imbalances in the energy sector are among the actions that have been on the government's agenda and have achieved significant results in these areas.

The President emphasized the necessity of participation from all factions and capacities in the country to solve issues, continuing: Offering suggestions and criticisms regarding the government's performance is theoretically simple, but in practice, especially in the current critical conditions, it is accompanied by numerous complexities. Inviting everyone to participate in solving the country's issues is a serious belief and approach in the government and is not limited to merely providing suggestions and solutions; rather, participation must lead to action, implementation, and accountability.

Pezeshkian added: Today, despite the debts and problems left over from the past, the existing limitations in oil exports, and the costs arising from the war, the government has not halted the country's development process while fulfilling its obligations and managing expenses.
