John Rattigan has been introduced as the new chair of the Industrial Partners Committee of the Shipbuilders Council of America (SCA). This appointment was announced on September 18, 2026, and Rattigan succeeds Mark Haller, President and Owner of Tri-Tec Manufacturing, LLC. Rattigan has served in various leadership roles within SCA over the past four years.
