Iran has initiated significant construction operations near its missile bases. Analysis of satellite images indicates that Iran is repairing bases that have recently been damaged in airstrikes by the United States and Israel. These construction projects have been observed at two military bases in Garmdareh in Karaj and Shahroud in northern Iran.
Details of the construction and repairs
Analysts from the British intelligence company "MAIAR" examined these images and identified evidence of excavation operations and the construction of new buildings in the November images. At the missile base in Kermanshah, new roofs have recently been constructed over the destroyed buildings. Additionally, at the Parchin military complex, debris has been cleared and damaged buildings have been repaired. These actions reflect Iran's efforts to improve its military infrastructure in the face of external threats.

Analysis of Iran's military situation
Jim Lumsden, a former CIA analyst, stated that the excavations near Shahroud may be related to missile production. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is likely attempting to relocate its production facilities underground to protect them from potential damage from airstrikes. One of the analysts at "MAIAR" also referred to a pattern of relocating infrastructure underground to safeguard it. Mark Millett, a defense analyst, added that constructing underground facilities makes operational assessments more difficult for external observers.
Amid these developments, speculation about the possibility of renewed U.S. attacks on Iran has increased following the recent midterm elections. However, a Pentagon spokesperson had previously claimed that the U.S. has managed to "destroy up to 90 percent of Iran's drone, ballistic missile, and naval industrial base."
Iran continues to assert its claim of having large stockpiles of missiles and has showcased images of missiles in an underground facility in southern Iran. Additionally, analyses indicate that Iran is preparing for potential further attacks from the U.S. and Israel and has prioritized the rebuilding of its military capabilities.
