The new fueling restriction plan in Minab County has been implemented to organize long gasoline queues and prevent fuel smuggling. According to this regulation, each vehicle is only allowed to refuel three times in a week, and violators will face financial penalties and vehicle confiscation.
Details of the Fueling Restriction Plan
Ali Balak, the political, security, and social deputy of the Minab governorate, explained that the decision to limit fueling was made to manage resources and address citizens' problems. With the approval of the county's anti-smuggling commission, fueling at 16 gas stations in Minab will be carried out on a quota and limited basis. This action is aimed at reducing energy waste and preventing fuel smuggling, which plays a vital role in preserving national resources and sustainable development in the region.

Consequences of Ignoring the Regulation
The deputy governor of Minab warned about the consequences of ignoring this regulation and emphasized that individuals who engage in unconventional or excessive fueling will face strict legal actions. Balak also referred to the initial results of implementing this plan, stating that previously long queues of over one kilometer were observed at gas stations, causing public dissatisfaction and disruption in traffic. With the enforcement of this restriction, traffic at the stations has significantly decreased, and the fueling situation has returned to normal.
Furthermore, Balak reported the discovery of over 20,000 liters of smuggled gasoline in recent days and emphasized that monitoring of the stations will continue to protect citizens' rights and safeguard the environment and energy resources. This plan clearly demonstrates the government's determination to optimally manage resources and prevent abuses in the fueling sector.
