Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Reza Ranjpour Bonab, the head of the judiciary in Rudan County, announced the issuance of an order to confiscate 300 violating vehicles as part of the intelligent monitoring plan for fuel stations. This plan aims to control and closely monitor the activities of fuel stations and identify violating vehicles.
Implementation of the Intelligent Monitoring Plan
Since the implementation of the intelligent monitoring plan for fuel stations, a system of license plate recognition cameras and field inspections have been employed. According to Ranjpour Bonab, the Rudan Prosecutor's Office has issued a judicial order to confiscate 300 violating vehicles based on the results obtained from these monitoring efforts. So far, 156 of these vehicles have been physically confiscated and transferred to a parking lot. This process of identifying and dealing with violating vehicles continues.
Emphasis on Combating Violations
The head of the Rudan judiciary emphasized the continuation of the plan and once again warned citizens to refrain from being present at fuel stations for the purpose of fuel smuggling and repeated refueling. In case of confirmed violations, the judiciary of the county will deal with offenders without leniency and within the framework of the law. He also pointed to the positive effects of this plan in reducing congestion and queues at fuel stations, stating: "With the continuous presence of the judiciary and security forces at the stations, a noticeable reduction in the congestion of fuel queues has been observed, and with the continuation of the actions taken, we hope to witness even further reductions in queues in the coming days."
Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Reza Ranjpour Bonab concluded by noting that the presence of security and law enforcement forces at fuel stations will continue visibly and invisibly around the clock. This intelligent monitoring and field supervision will also be pursued rigorously.
