At 2:47 AM today, the explosion incident in a residential building located in Falah neighborhood, Shahsavar Street was reported to emergency services 125. This incident prompted firefighters from two stations to be dispatched to the scene and arrive within three minutes.
Details of the Incident
The explosion occurred on the first floor of a five-story residential building and led to a complete fire in a unit covering approximately 70 square meters. The intensity of the explosion was such that part of the wall of the affected unit was damaged, and two other units on the same floor were also impacted. Additionally, the elevator shaft wall was damaged, and even one of the adjacent building's units suffered damage.

Consequences and Actions Taken
All windows and doors of the building were destroyed due to the explosion, and this incident resulted in the injury of a 24-year-old young man who was quickly transferred to the hospital. Upon arrival, firefighters took action to extinguish the fire and assess the condition of the building. Investigations indicate that the severity of the fire and explosion in this incident has caused significant financial damages.
