T7 Global, one of the active companies in the oil and gas sector, has successfully received a three-year contract from the Petronas and Eni consortium. This contract has been officially awarded to T7's wholly-owned subsidiary, Tanjung Offshore, and includes marine assets located in the Malaysian Peninsula. This contract is defined under the title Package C1 and has commenced from the current date, continuing until September 26, 2029.
Financial Details of the Contract
The financial details of this contract have not yet been publicly disclosed. However, T7 Global expects this contract to contribute to increasing the company's revenues and net assets from 2026 until the end of the contract period. This contract is considered a significant step towards expanding Tanjung Offshore's activities in the Malaysian market.
Expansion of Tanjung Offshore's Portfolio
The new contract adds to Tanjung Offshore's existing portfolio in the maintenance, construction, modification, and commissioning of marine projects in Malaysia. Previously, in December 2024, the company received a similar five-year contract from Petronas Carigali. Additionally, the company is currently collaborating with other major operators including Hess, EnQuest, and Jadestone Energy.
T7 Global has a portfolio of 19 producing and developing assets, which includes 14 assets in Indonesia and 5 assets in Malaysia. Since the beginning of its operations, the company has experienced production of over 300,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day and aims to increase this production to over 500,000 barrels per day within the next three years.
This contract not only helps T7 Global to solidify its position in the competitive oil and gas market but also leads to increased production capacity and development of the company's activities. Given the multiple projects and existing contracts, T7 Global is on a growth and advancement path that can have positive impacts on the local and regional economy.
