Given the existing challenges in electricity imbalance, Samimiyan announced that the county is striving to help reduce the electricity network load through consumption management programs while maintaining service quality.

He considered access to communication services in rural areas as another important priority for the county and called for strengthening mobile coverage in the villages of the county. According to Samimiyan, some rural areas, especially Kheirabad and parts of the Semnan-Tehran and Semnan-Mashhad transit routes, need improved communication coverage.

Strengthening Signal Reception and County Demands

The governor of Semnan also mentioned the strengthening of signal reception at the Ahavan Pass and the main Tehran-Mashhad route, stating: "This route, due to high vehicle traffic and its importance in communication, requires stable and adequate mobile coverage."
