Samimiyan further noted the implementation of the fiber optic development plan in the city of Semnan, stating that a significant portion of the infrastructure for this plan has been prepared and with the completion of the execution process, citizens will have access to high-speed internet. The governor of Semnan also referred to the county's plans to reduce network load and energy consumption in communication infrastructure, adding: Given the electricity imbalance, the county is striving to help reduce the electricity network load while maintaining service quality through the implementation of consumption management programs. This action can help improve the energy situation in the county and meet communication needs.
Strengthening Mobile Coverage in Rural Areas
Samimiyan also emphasized the importance of access to communication services in rural areas and called for strengthening mobile coverage in the villages of the county. He specifically mentioned areas such as Kheirabad and parts of the Semnan-Tehran and Semnan-Mashhad transit routes that require enhanced communication coverage. These actions can help improve the quality of life for rural residents and increase their access to communication services.
The Importance of Sustainable Coverage on Communication Routes
The governor of Semnan identified the strengthening of signal reception at the Ahvahan Pass and the main Tehran-Mashhad route as demands of the county, stating: This route, due to high vehicle traffic and its communication importance, requires sustainable and adequate mobile coverage. Achieving these goals can help increase safety and facilitate transit on these routes.
Samimiyan, while appreciating the cooperation of the telecommunications organization with the Semnan governorate, stated: The continuation of this interaction can accelerate the implementation of communication projects in the county and address existing problems in various locations.
