Dubai-based Bunker Suite has expanded its AI capabilities to fuel trading operations, and these tools now include transaction verification, delivery documentation, and business analytics. This initiative aims to enhance efficiency and reduce human errors in fuel trading processes.
Analysis of Business Documents
This commercial software processes information related to fuel delivery notes (BDNs) and purchase invoices using AI. The system automatically extracts information and inputs it into the company's platform for review. Additionally, this technology compares transaction verifications with agreed orders and contractual terms, identifying any discrepancies that could lead to costly errors. These processes help improve business decision-making by ensuring final control over records by users.

Development of Customer Database and Business Information
In addition to processing documents, this system collects requests, whether they lead to sales or not, and creates a database of customer demand, competitive activities, ports, and types of fuels. Traders and managers can access this information using everyday language and compare margins and customer activities, as well as generate tables, charts, and downloadable reports.
This platform can also produce brief information about business parties using public research and connected data. Munir Bandosh, CEO of Bunker Suite, stated, "Fuel transactions depend on understanding customers, tracking requests, and attention to detail."
Bunker Suite announced that this expansion is designed to reduce manual administrative tasks and improve business decision-making at fuel trading desks. Future developments will be based on customer operational data to generate recommendations, predict issues, and identify new business opportunities.
