Mojtaba Gharamani, the Chief Justice of Hormozgan Province, provided explanations about the actions taken to combat fuel smuggling in this province. Fuel smuggling is one of the serious challenges in Hormozgan Province, and Gharamani emphasized the importance of highlighting this issue. He stated that smuggling networks seek to keep the volume of smuggling hidden, and media and management actions are necessary to address this challenge.

Preventive Measures and New Technologies

Gharamani pointed out that the direct orders from the Chief of the Judiciary have led to effective steps in the field of preventing fuel smuggling. These measures include the installation of equipment and the use of modern technologies at all stages of the supply chain, from crude oil to refineries and warehouses. He noted that despite these advancements, there is still a need for more follow-up and stricter action.

Reduction of Diesel Smuggling and Warehouse Management

The Chief Justice of Hormozgan Province discussed the success of preventive measures in reducing fuel smuggling, stating: "With the reports we have received regarding the decrease in fuel consumption, good preventive measures have been taken." He also referred to the organization of port and customs warehouses, mentioning that this issue has improved rapidly with the personal involvement of the Chief of the Judiciary. The conditions for storing goods in warehouses have become better than before, and there is improved management over them.

Gharamani mentioned the auctions held in Hormozgan Province, stating: "We hold auctions every month, with values reaching 800 to 1000 billion tomans." These auctions are part of the government's efforts to organize and better manage assets.

Explosion Incident at Shahid Rajaei Port and Damage Management

Gharamani also referred to the explosion incident at Shahid Rajaei Port, stating that this incident resulted in the loss of 58 fellow workers. However, he pointed out the efficient management of damages in this incident, stating that the compensation for the deceased was deposited in a short time, and the damages for the containers were also well compensated. This management minimized the number of legal cases, with only one main case currently under review.

In conclusion, Mojtaba Gharamani emphasized that the actions taken regarding fuel smuggling and warehouse management are moving towards improving conditions in Hormozgan Province, and this requires continued efforts and further follow-up.
