Mansoor Shakerloo, as a member of the Energy Commission of the Parliament, referred to the importance of energy management in wartime and sanctions in an interview with Mehr News Agency, emphasizing that this issue has also been highlighted by the Supreme Leader.

Energy Management in Difficult Conditions

Shakerloo, referring to the re-publication of part of the Supreme Leader's message on the occasion of Government Week, said: "The Supreme Leader's special attention to the actions of the fourteenth government in the conditions of the imposed war and thereafter indicates the importance of the executive body's performance in managing the country's difficult conditions." He added: "In this message, the Supreme Leader referred to three important issues: ensuring the goods and services needed by the people, repairing significant damaged areas, and managing energy; actions that are also among the important responsibilities of the government in normal conditions but gain more importance and difficulty in wartime, sanctions, and the limitations arising from them."

Sustainable Fuel and Energy Resource Supply

Shakerloo also referred to maintaining the flow of supplies for the people's needs in difficult conditions, stating: "This requires coordination among various agencies, and the fact that, despite external pressures, the supply of goods and services needed by the people has continued and damaged areas have also been repaired is noteworthy and must be sustained."

He emphasized: "Energy management is one of the key areas highlighted by the Supreme Leader, and a significant part of this issue pertains to the Ministry of Oil. Sustainable fuel supply, continuity of production and energy transfer, and resource management under conditions of limitations and pressure are among the issues where the performance of the Ministry of Oil has a direct impact and must be taken into account."

Shakerloo pointed out that the re-publication of this part of the Supreme Leader's message in their media is noteworthy, stating: "Three specific axes of government performance in a sensitive period have been emphasized. This can send a clear message to the government and executive agencies that effective actions in difficult conditions must continue with greater seriousness."

He concluded by emphasizing: "This acknowledgment does not mean overlooking problems and shortcomings, but rather indicates attention to the actions taken in difficult conditions, and it is necessary to preserve and strengthen their strengths."
