These actions include hiring two individuals without the need for administrative formalities, occupying half a floor of the Tehran office, and promises to change the status of security personnel.
Unreasonable Expenses and Luxury Trips
Alizadeh has also acted unusually in financial matters. He has misused company financial resources by receiving billion-toman bonuses and a monthly salary of 300 million tomans for himself. In fact, he has purchased a motorcycle worth 2.8 billion tomans and two automatic Dena cars at the company's expense.
Additionally, Alizadeh has obtained permission for his luxury trip to China, which costs 4.5 billion tomans. This trip, along with a high mission allowance, reflects his inappropriate financial priorities that are in conflict with the organization's interests.
Office Equipment and Administrative Costs
Alizadeh has also spent 7 billion tomans on office equipment and 3.5 billion tomans on equipping a luxury security room. Moreover, he receives 50 million tomans weekly for hosting security guests in the Tehran office. These expenses occur while Alizadeh has not been present at the site for even a second.
These actions and expenses clearly indicate a form of abuse of managerial position and a lack of adherence to ethical principles in security management. Exposing such behaviors can lead to greater transparency in organizations and highlight the necessity of monitoring managers' activities.
