Masoud Pezeshkian, in a brainstorming session for synergizing national capacities in confronting hybrid warfare, emphasized the continuation of executive activities and preventing the halt of the country's development process. He stated in this session: "What is important in the current sensitive situation is the continuation of executive activities and preventing the halt of the country's development process."

Continuation of major projects in sensitive conditions

Pezeshkian added: "In the most sensitive conditions, the implementation of major national projects did not stop." He pointed to a 5% reduction in electricity consumption, continuous increase in electricity production, and the halt of the increasing trend in gasoline consumption while ensuring no disruption in people's lives, stating that these actions were carried out with the continuous planning and management of the government.

Managing the effects of sanctions and economic pressures

The President, referring to the government's efforts to manage the effects of economic pressures and sanctions, stated: "The country's active diplomacy and pursuit of corridor projects are among the government's actions to maintain communication routes and ensure the continuity of imports and exports." He also mentioned securing and compensating for drug shortages and planning to prevent the halt of industrial activities despite existing energy imbalances, stating that these are actions that have been on the government's agenda and have achieved significant results in these areas.

Pezeshkian further referred to the debts and problems left over from the past, stating: "Today, despite the existing limitations in oil exports and the costs arising from the war, the government has not halted the country's development process while fulfilling commitments and managing expenses." He identified reducing unemployment and addressing the people's livelihood issues as serious priorities for the government, stating: "It is unacceptable for us to be responsible while someone in the country faces livelihood problems."

In this session, Mohsen Rezaei, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Mohammad Javad Haj Ali Akbari, Head of the Policy Council of Friday Prayer Leaders, Mehrdad Bazrpash, Minister of Roads and Urban Development of the thirteenth government, Sadegh Mahsouli, Secretary-General of the Front of Steadfastness, and Seyyed Mahdi Khamoushi, Head of the Organization of Awqaf and Charity Affairs, while presenting their views and suggestions on the most important political, social, economic, cultural, and security issues of the country, emphasized the necessity of synergizing national capacities, strengthening social cohesion, and utilizing capabilities outside the structure of the government and armed forces to effectively confront various dimensions of hybrid warfare.
