Ghaem-Panah, the Executive Vice President, addressed the gas imbalance situation in the country at the opening ceremony of the "25th International Exhibition of Livestock, Poultry, and Related Industries." He noted that last year there was a gas imbalance of about 300 million cubic meters, and this year, due to the U.S. attack on the Assaluyeh gas refinery, this amount has increased to over 230 million cubic meters per day.
Production Disruption and Gas Shortage
Ghaem-Panah explained that under these conditions, there is a shortage of nearly 530 million liters of gas per day. He predicted that by the end of this month, about 100 million cubic meters will be added to the country's gas supply cycle. This situation could lead to serious consequences for gas producers and consumers in the country.

Call for Cooperation and Reduction of Consumption
The Executive Vice President further requested producers to consider necessary measures and urged them to take action to reduce electricity and gas consumption starting now. He emphasized that given this shortage, it is essential for everyone to collectively reduce gas consumption to prevent serious problems in the winter season.
According to Ghaem-Panah's statements, the President has also emphasized that no producer's electricity or gas should be cut off, which indicates the high importance of energy supply in the country. This energy imbalance can have widespread effects on various industries as well as on the daily lives of people.
