Ehsan Moshgelani, in a meeting of the Specialized Committee on Public Relations and Energy, announced the planning for holding specialized training courses for journalists in the energy sector. He pointed out the necessity of enhancing journalists' specialized knowledge, stating that the insufficient familiarity of some journalists with the specialized dimensions of energy issues could increase the gap between the media and specialized managers.
Holding Two-Day Training Courses
Moshgelani stated: Based on the existing need, the proposal for holding specialized training courses has been put forward so that journalists interested in the energy sector can become familiar with specialized topics and convey the issues of this field accurately and professionally to the public. This course will be held over two days in the form of a specialized workshop.

The Director General of Public Relations and International Affairs of Isfahan Province emphasized that the goal of this course is not merely educational but should progress towards producing media products. Participants must provide a specific and assessable output at the end of the course.
Utilizing Specialized Capacities
Moshgelani continued: In this course, efforts will be made to utilize the capacities of public relations managers in the energy sector and specialized professors and journalists. Part of the program will be dedicated to sharing the experiences of managers to clarify the real issues and concerns of specialized agencies for journalists.
He also mentioned identifying about 20 to 30 journalists interested in working in the energy sector and stated: Holding this course can provide the ground for enhancing the specialized capabilities of these journalists. Moshgelani emphasized that mere attendance in this course will not be the only criterion for receiving a certificate, and participants must produce several media products by the end of the course.
This initiative is considered part of a general approach to train journalists familiar with specialized topics and increase the quality of media coverage of important provincial issues. He also emphasized the necessity of media planning for informing about energy imbalance and stated: Media should start planning now to clarify the dimensions of this issue and raise public awareness.
Media Readiness for Information Dissemination
Moshgelani noted that information dissemination about energy issues should be conducted in a way that conveys realities without causing concern in society. He also emphasized the collaboration of various entities in the energy sector for the implementation of this course and called on agencies, public relations departments, and related organizations to participate in providing educational capacities and necessary facilities.
