Legal Consequences for Offenders
Brigadier General Basati emphasized that the seized goods are considered smuggling due to their lack of registration in the comprehensive warehouse system. For this reason, the offender, along with their case, was referred to the punitive organization for legal proceedings. These police actions demonstrate the serious determination of law enforcement forces in combating smuggling and maintaining the economic security of the country.
This significant discovery can not only help reduce smuggling at the provincial level but also serves as a warning to others attempting to circumvent the laws related to smuggling. Given the increase in oversight and preventive measures, it seems that such activities will gradually come under more pressure.
