The Bidboland Gas Refinery has completed its major repairs with the aim of ensuring sustainable energy supply. Ali-Mohammad Pourreza, the CEO of this refinery, elaborated on the actions taken for a safe and successful passage through the upcoming winter, referring to production achievements and development plans, and added: "The Bidboland Gas Refinery has always been a driving force and a mainstay of the country's gas industry."
Repair and Safety Actions
Pourreza emphasized the importance of annual major repairs, describing these actions as the "beating heart of preparation" for refinery complexes to face harsh operational conditions in the cold months of the year. According to him, with precise planning and engineering documentation, all process facilities and equipment, dehydration units, compressors, instrumentation systems, and transmission lines of the complex were subjected to thorough technical inspections to prevent any bottlenecks in the production process.

Online Monitoring and Maximum Production
The CEO of Bidboland Gas Refinery pointed to the importance of online monitoring of operational parameters and said: "Ensuring the continuity of production requires a systemic view and ١٠٠% readiness of operational teams." With the establishment of new maintenance and repair systems and the anticipation of various crisis scenarios, Pourreza assured that during the coldest days of the year, the gas production cycle at Bidboland will continue uninterrupted.
In recent years, especially in ١٤٠٤ and ١٤٠٥, we have witnessed a significant increase in gas production volume, which has played a crucial role in supplying feedstock for downstream industries and generating foreign currency for the country. Pourreza emphasized: "If we receive sufficient feedstock, we will maximize our production volume."
Commitment to the Environment and Efficiency
Pourreza, emphasizing the "green refining" approach at Bidboland, announced a reduction of ٥٠٠,٠٠٠ cubic meters of gas and the emission of ١,٠٠٠ tons of carbon dioxide ($CO_٢$), equating it to planting ١٦,٠٠٠ trees. He added: "The path of progress is the path of preserving the earth for future generations." In the near future, we will witness the implementation of more similar projects in the field of smart technology and efficiency.
The CEO of Bidboland Gas Refinery also referred to the implementation of innovative plans in the area of reducing environmental pollutants and optimizing energy consumption, stating: "These actions have created a significant transformation in enhancing the operational efficiency of the refinery." With these performances, the Bidboland Gas Refinery has not only proven its commitment to environmental protection but also ensured its industrial efficiency for decades to come.
