He also mentioned the possibility of calculating energy for high-consuming households, stating: "If we have no other choice, the energy for high-consuming households in the last income deciles that have pools or villas will be calculated at the cost price of energy."
Aref presented statistics on the country's gas network, stating: "250 million cubic meters of gas have been removed from the network, but we are trying to return 100 million cubic meters to the network before the cold season begins."
Need for Public Cooperation
The First Vice President continued: "To ensure that the energy for industry is provided and that production and employment are not harmed, we may have to implement some power outages." He emphasized the importance of cultural awareness regarding energy consumption management and said: "Many people are willing to pay fines, but do not reduce their consumption."
In conclusion, Aref stressed the importance of ensuring the sustainability of the energy network, stating: "I am concerned about gas cuts in some regions of the country, but with the efforts of the executive agencies and the cooperation of the people, this will not happen." He called for a program to reduce energy consumption in the household and governmental sectors and emphasized: "The government must also play its part in reducing consumption."
