Mansour Shishehfarosh, the Director General of Crisis Management of Isfahan Province, visited the refinery to review the actions taken to enhance preparedness for incidents and manage emergency situations.
Continuity of Production and Fuel Supply in Crisis Conditions
One of the focal points of this evaluation has been the continuity of the operational units of Isfahan Oil Refinery during difficult and critical conditions. The employees of this facility have continuously worked in operational units to ensure that the production of petroleum products and fuel supply is not disrupted. Maintaining the production of gasoline, diesel, and other necessary products for the country in emergency conditions requires operational readiness, provision of backup equipment, and coordination among different units of the refinery.
Development of Safety Equipment and Crisis Management Systems
Recently, Isfahan Oil Refinery has implemented a series of infrastructural measures to increase preparedness for incidents. The launch of an integrated online alert and notification system, development of surveillance cameras, strengthening of wireless communication networks, and upgrading of fire alarm and extinguishing systems are among these measures.
