Impact of Internal Obstacles on Foreign Trade
This official also referred to internal obstacles and emphasized that to achieve the export target, it is necessary to identify and eliminate existing barriers. He stressed that although Iran's non-oil exports have reached $52 billion, this figure could be significantly higher with the removal of internal obstacles and improvement of economic conditions.
The Head of Iran's Trade Development Organization continued that specific plans are in place to increase exports, and in this regard, international cooperation and the development of relations with target countries are of special importance. According to him, Iran must move towards diversifying its export basket to reduce dependence on certain markets.
In this context, it seems that economic actors need to better understand target markets and pay attention to the current needs of customers, updating their products and moving towards the production of high-quality and competitive goods. Additionally, improving infrastructure and facilitating export processes are other key points emphasized by the Head of Iran's Trade Development Organization.
