The head of the country's energy imbalance headquarters, Ramadanali Sangdooni, emphasized the importance of managing consumption while referring to the measures taken to reduce gas imbalance. In an interview with a reporter from Tasnim News Agency in Gorgan, he explained the conditions of the energy sector in the second half of the year, stating that in wartime conditions, some of the country's infrastructure, including refineries, oil product transfer lines, pumping stations, and energy facilities, have been damaged. However, despite these damages, there has been no continuous gas flow interruption in the country.
Consumption Management and Fuel Supply
Sangdooni stated that despite the damages to the electricity facilities, appropriate measures have been taken to manage the situation, and the ministries of power and oil have carried out actions during the war. The estimated damages in the electricity facilities sector are estimated to be around 80 to 90 trillion tomans.

Storage and Planning for Northern Provinces
The head of the country's energy imbalance headquarters referred to the measures taken to secure the fuel needed for the country, stating that currently 3.2 billion liters of oil gas have been stored, and necessary planning for energy supply management, especially for northern provinces including Golestan, Mazandaran, and North Khorasan, is underway.
He also pointed out the importance of consumption management in overcoming the upcoming conditions, stating that if the people and all sectors cooperate in managing consumption, the winter conditions can be managed without creating problems. Sangdooni emphasized that consumption management is a public responsibility, and with the cooperation of all sectors, problems in gas and energy supply during winter can be prevented. He added that over 35 million people in the country have registered to defend the country and participate in the field, and if this social capacity also comes into play in managing consumption, winter can be passed without issues.
