Saeed Ayati, the governor of Esfarayen County, referred to the importance of anticipating necessary measures for energy imbalance during a meeting held to review the economic and social status of the county. He stressed the need for executive agencies to be prepared to face potential problems, especially in critical gas supply conditions, noting that necessary actions should be taken now to minimize harm to the people in case of issues.

The Necessity of Collaboration Among Managers to Solve Local Problems

Ayati continued his remarks by referring to the historical and cultural capacities of Esfarayen County and emphasized the need for effort and collaboration among managers to strengthen these capacities. The governor of Esfarayen stated that managers should stand together with true unity and empathy, adding: "The priorities of the county and the demands of the people must be correctly identified and planned to address issues, especially in the areas of livelihood and economy."

Planning for Crisis Management Drill

He also announced plans to hold a crisis management drill in the county and clarified that in this drill, the readiness of agencies to face situations such as gas cuts, disruptions in bread supply, blocked communication routes, earthquakes, and fires will be assessed. Ayati emphasized the necessity of officials being present among the people, stating: "People expect officials to be alongside them, and executive agencies should utilize the capacity of service desks for direct communication with the people and to follow up on their demands."

The governor of Esfarayen also stressed the importance of administrative order and discipline, calling for timely attendance of managers at meetings and necessary coordination for leaving the county. He stated that managers should make decisions to solve people's problems within the framework of the law and seek practical solutions instead of finding ways to avoid responsibilities.

Ayati stated that the governor's office will also be alongside executive agencies to remove obstacles and follow up on issues, emphasizing the need for empathy and collaboration in this regard. He concluded by saying: "We must plan in such a way that in the face of crises and energy imbalances, the least harm is inflicted on the people and the dignity and national pride of Iran is preserved."
