Reasons for Resignation and Consequences
Anayati's resignation came after a heavy defeat in the last match of the Oil Refining Team Bandar Abbas. This defeat prompted the club's management to consider fundamental changes in the coaching staff. The team's poor performance in recent competitions and its inability to earn the necessary points to climb the league table are among the significant reasons for this resignation.
This resignation could lead to further changes in the team's structure and the recruitment of a new coach. In a situation where the first division of Iranian football is experiencing intense competition, changes in the coaching staff could impact the players' morale and the overall performance of the team.
Given the history of the Oil Refining Team Bandar Abbas and the challenges it has faced this season, it is expected that the club will quickly seek a suitable replacement for Anayati to continue the upward trend in the current season.
