The Nab Industrial Group (Ghanab) has become one of the main focal points for market participants in the Iran OTC market. After registering a 100% return, this company continues to face high demand and heavy buying queues. This price increase and demand are due to profound fundamental changes in the company's financial, operational, and legal dimensions.
Reassessment of assets and operational plans
The most important action towards restructuring the financial structure is the comprehensive evaluation of the company's real estate assets in Tehran, valued at 8.2 trillion tomans (8.2 trillion). In collaboration with a board of official experts, all of the company's properties have been thoroughly evaluated, and an official report has been prepared and submitted to the OTC market. This process will soon be approved by the relevant authorities.

The Nab Industrial Group also intends to increase its share value to about 1.5 trillion tomans (1.5 trillion) by implementing a joint project in the Haft Tir Square of Tehran. According to initial agreements, a grant of 100 billion tomans will be paid to Nab, and the project will be executed with a formula of 60% builder's share and 40% Nab's share.
Legal developments and revenue-generating plans
Legally, the lawsuits related to the Nab factory are under review and processing. With the follow-ups of the legal team, the steps for applying Article 477 of the Criminal Procedure Code are underway, and the progress made appears promising.
Operationally, the Nab Industrial Group has developed a comprehensive operational plan for the second half of the year 1405, aiming to achieve at least 100 billion tomans in operational revenue by the end of 1405 through the supply and distribution of six essential food items. Additionally, entering the gas export market is also on the company's agenda.
Nab intends to play an effective role in meeting the needs of households and businesses by creating a "modern and intelligent banking" system. This center will commence operations in the second half of Aban 1405, and simultaneously, the dedicated website of the Nab Group will also be unveiled.
Finally, the amendment of the company's articles of association to include new activities is underway, and with the initial approval of the OTC market, these amendments will soon be finalized.
