Masoud Pezeshkian today, Tuesday, October 20, at the commemoration of World Post Day, emphasized the necessity of access to accurate data to provide effective and fair services. He said: "The country's postal network has vast capacities for serving the people and can help identify their needs and problems."

The need for accurate data for social justice

Pezeshkian noted that the health system should provide services to all individuals, regardless of their economic and social conditions. He stated: "The governance system must identify these conditions and provide services tailored to their needs." He believes that accurate data provides the foundation for effective decision-making and management, and there should be no difference in the services received by individuals in different regions of the country.

Fair distribution of resources and subsidies

The President, referring to subsidy distribution, stated: "Logic and fairness dictate that resources and support should be distributed according to the level of individuals' needs." He pointed out that individuals facing unemployment, aging, illness, or living in marginalized areas need more support. Therefore, accurately understanding individuals' living conditions can be effective in managerial decision-making.

Pezeshkian also emphasized that receiving services should be based on the real needs of individuals, and those in need should not suffer from the equality of support with those who have financial means. He said: "If we reach a common understanding in this regard, we can make more precise decisions." He considered access to fast and transparent information as a prerequisite for achieving this transformation and added that the capacity of the postal network and artificial intelligence can be effective in better identifying the needs of the people.
