The Executive Vice President announced at the opening ceremony of the "25th International Exhibition of Livestock, Poultry, and Related Industries" that despite the conditions of war, maritime blockade, and 47 years of sanctions, exports of livestock and poultry products from the country have continued over the past eight months. This official referred to the efforts and actions taken in this regard and stated that these efforts have led to stability and continuity in exports.

Challenges of Sanctions and Maritime Blockade

Sanctions and maritime blockade are recognized as two main factors limiting the export of agricultural and livestock products. However, appropriate policies and continuous efforts in the production and export sectors have largely mitigated the negative effects of these conditions. The Executive Vice President emphasized that despite these challenges, successes have been achieved in the field of exports.

Government Support Measures

The government has implemented measures to support producers and facilitate the export process. These measures include easing export regulations, providing financial facilities, and supporting domestic producers. The Executive Vice President also referred to the coordination with other government agencies to increase export capacity and emphasized the necessity of inter-agency cooperation.

He further mentioned the improvement in the quality of livestock and poultry products and said: "The quality of our products must be at a high level so that we can compete in global markets." These statements reflect the government's determination to improve production and export conditions in the country.

Future Export Forecast

It is anticipated that with the continuation of this trend and government support, exports of livestock and poultry products from the country will continue in the coming months. The Executive Vice President also discussed plans to increase the diversity of export products and identify new markets, stating: "We must seek to expand our export markets to achieve the set goals." These plans are part of the government's overall strategy to increase non-oil exports from the country.
