Karami Nejad further stated: "The repair and preparation operations of several important refinery equipment, including heat exchangers, have been carried out with the aim of accelerating the reconstruction process and providing the necessary conditions for the return of equipment to the production cycle." These actions are taken to reduce production downtime and increase productivity under the current conditions.

The head of mechanical repairs at the fourth refinery explained the process by saying: "This operation was carried out using the internal capabilities and resources of the National Drilling Company of Iran, and despite the technical complexities and limitations due to sanctions and wartime conditions, it was completed after several months of continuous effort." These statements reflect the determination and will of the employees of this unit to overcome challenges and meet production needs.
Karami Nejad also referred to the recent attack on the fourth refinery and said: "This refinery was targeted by the cowardly attack of the American-Zionist enemy on March 17, 2025, and after this incident, the refinery employees, with their continuous presence and round-the-clock efforts, diligently pursued the repair, reconstruction, and preparation of equipment."

He emphasized: "What is currently happening in the reconstruction of the fourth refinery is the result of the knowledge, expertise, empathy, and determination of the employees, and the capacity of the mechanical repair workshop, as one of the supporting sections, plays a significant role in accelerating this process and providing the groundwork for achieving early and sustainable production." This indicates that despite numerous challenges, employees are striving to restore production to an optimal level through empathy and cooperation.
