The seventh operational readiness assessment of firefighters in the oil refining and distribution industry, titled "Commemoration of the Martyrs of Refining and Distribution in the Third Imposed War," will be hosted by Imam Khomeini (RA) Oil Refinery in Shazand from October 4 to 7, 2023.
Presence of Selected Teams
In this four-day event, 15 selected teams from 12 subsidiary companies of the oil refining and distribution industry will participate. The firefighting team from Tabriz Oil Refinery will also compete alongside other selected teams. This event provides an opportunity to assess the specialized capabilities, responsiveness, teamwork coordination, and resilience of operational forces in various conditions.
Targeting and Importance of Assessment
Conducting these assessments also creates a platform for enhancing operational skills, exchanging experiences among firefighting teams of refining companies, and strengthening the readiness of forces to face potential incidents in the country's energy facilities. The firefighting team from Tabriz Refinery has participated in this competition relying on their specialized knowledge, operational readiness, and experience; forces responsible for safeguarding human resources, equipment, and vital facilities of the oil industry.
This event aims to evaluate the operational readiness level of firefighters in the oil refining and distribution industry and can be considered a benchmark for assessing the quality of services and operational capabilities of these forces in various conditions.
