Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM), based in Germany, has agreed to acquire 50% of OffshoreCrew, located in Kristiansand, Norway. This move aims to expand access to specialized workforce in the maritime industry.

OffshoreCrew is engaged in workforce supply, crew management services, and recruitment for maritime projects, and has an internal database of approximately 30,000 maritime professionals. The company provides the necessary workforce for vessels and maritime projects, including dynamic positioning operators, crane operators, and other specialized roles.
Implications of the New Collaboration
This deal combines BSM's global maritime management network with OffshoreCrew's marine recruitment operations. Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement has stated that this collaboration will allow clients to easily access individual specialists and expand technical management and ship management services.
