Ahmad Aryaie Nejad, the representative of Malayer in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, explicitly emphasized the necessity of comprehensive and national management in the energy sector, stating: "Resolving energy imbalance requires multilateral interaction among officials, inspectors, observers, and the public, and we should not solely expect the public to solve the problems in this sector by reducing consumption."
The Necessity of Evaluating Officials' Performance
Aryaie Nejad addressed the importance of reviewing officials' performance in energy consumption management, adding: "We need to examine what actions are being taken in each region regarding electricity, gas, or other energy carriers, and whether the desired results have been achieved or not." He pointed out the necessity of convincing the public to cooperate in energy consumption management programs, stating: "Information must be conveyed to the public in a way that they are persuaded to cooperate with the programs."

Support for Industries and Farmers
This parliament representative further highlighted the importance of farmers' cooperation in managing water resources, stating: "We need to assess how much farmers are cooperating with water consumption optimization programs." He also referred to the problems industries face during power outages and energy supply limitations, emphasizing the need for internal systems in industries to be adjusted to allow the use of alternative fuels.
Aryaie Nejad stressed: "These actions must be planned appropriately and well in advance. For instance, industries can be warned from the beginning of summer that they may face energy supply limitations in winter." He emphasized the need for training and monitoring the implementation of actions, adding: "It must be determined when industries should modify their systems."
Energy Consumption Management According to Climatic Conditions
Aryaie Nejad, stressing the necessity of accelerating fuel consumption optimization programs, said: "There is not much time left before the cold season, and necessary actions must be taken as soon as possible." He pointed to the differences in energy needs in various regions of the country, stating: "In cold regions, the energy demand for heating is higher, while in warm regions, the consumption pattern may differ."
In conclusion, Aryaie Nejad emphasized the need for proper distribution of resources and facilities in the country, stating: "Resolving energy imbalance cannot be achieved solely by focusing on reducing public consumption; rather, a set of actions including education, awareness-raising, continuous monitoring, and planning for alternative fuel supply must be prioritized."
